At the Berlin Motor Show in February 1937, Auto Union presented a 2-seater Special Cabriolet as the highlight of the Audi range. The body was manufactured by Gläser in Dresden. The incredibly elegant body with its stretched bonnet had space for a driver and front passenger, and also for a third person sitting on a sideways-facing seat behind the front seats.
